Please find enclosed the promised information on Rhodiasolv IRIS and IRAC Recyclers.



Rhodiasolv IRIS is a new solvent from the Rhodia Group. It is a cost-effective and very safe replacement for Acetone for resin clean up.

The IRAC recyclers are built in order to give the best recovery rate for Rhodiasolv IRIS and to deliver optimum overall economy and waste reduction.

Capacity calculation & Price indication – for example for the vacuum recycler BS31:

Capacity: a cycle typically lasts 5 hours. The units are semiautomatic (e.g. automatic shut-off). Therefore we usually calculate two cycles/day for a 1-shift operation. Based on 253 working days/year this gives a

capacity of ca. 15,6 m3/year for the BS31 vacuum recycler.

Price indication: Depending on the electrical configuration the BS31 vacuum recycler costs ca. € 10.000,- (3G version) res. ca. € 14.000,- (2G version – explosion proof). Price includes transport and packaging.

Gespräch mit Herrn Kerhom,
Er hat das Mail von Dez.09 gefunden. Hat das damals aber nicht weiter geleitet, was, wie er sagt, sein Fehler gewesen wäre. Er ist generell SEHR interessiert vom Aceton weg zu kommen, und würde eine IRIS Probe (10kg) sehr begrüßen.
Ich ruf dann am 16.2. wieder an, ob es angekommen ist.
